Stillwater Taxidermy is owned and operated by Dave Shellhaas.  Dave began taxidermy as a hobby and to mount his own trophies and has been in business for over 20 years doing taxidermy.The business is a part-time taxidermy business, so Dave is mainly available in the evenings.  He specializes in deer shoulder mounts, fish, and mammals.   He does offer upland bird mounting, such as pheasants but does not mount waterfowl.  He also offers tanning services but does not have the facility to handle and tan cow hides or sheep hides.
